The manager calculator lives on its own page, separate from the public site calculator, but the pricing logic is the same except for the discount:

Opening that link directly shows a plain calculator. No discount option, same as the public site. To unlock the discount fields, add the secret code as a link parameter:

(72c89ee35513939112013b5d is the current secret code. It can be changed anytime in WordPress Admin → WiForm → Manager Discount Links Changing it invalidates the old link, so share the new one after updates)

Applying a discount

With the correct link, two extra fields appear on the form: Discount (%) and Due date. For the discount to actually apply:

1. The discount must be greater than 0%.
2. The due date must be later than today (it defaults to tomorrow).

If either is left at 0 / today or earlier, the calculator behaves like the normal one, no discount shown.

Getting the quote into a proposal

• Don’t take a manual screenshotas an image quality suffers (blurry text, wrong size) once pasted into a Word/PDF document.
• Instead, use the Download PNG button on the result screen. It’s generated at high resolution with font sizes specifically tuned for pasting into your commercial proposal template, and only captures the pricing box itself.
