Representing the interests of right holders in court proceedings concerning the protection of trademark rights and other intellectual property in Uzbekistan

Arranging judicial examinations with the participation of independent experts to assess similarity and violation of rights

Assisting in all stages of litigation, including cases of appeal courts

Handling enforcement proceedings in all stages

Assisting in preparation of a settlement agreement and supporting the process of court approval
