• Preparation of documents for pre-trial and judicial settlement of disputes
• Sending “Cease and Desist” letters to infringers
• Preparing and filing lawsuits and complaints to competent courts
• Representing clients in court proceedings and procedures related to amicable settlement of disputes
• Collaboration with the customs authority on prevention of unauthorized import of infringing goods
• Representing clients in the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (and its territorial divisions) in relation to:

- put into circulation of goods with illegal use of IP rights;
- misleading consumers about goods and their manufacturers;
- illegal acquisition and use of exclusive trademark and service mark rights
