Her career in IP began at the Uzbekistan office of a Central Asian regional IP firm (Legalmax), where over nearly five years she advanced from office manager to paralegal and later Trademark Attorney. She subsequently expanded her international expertise at PETOŠEVIĆ (2022) and CWB Limited (2023), before joining Settle Law Firm as Head of the Trademark Department.
Her experience spans more than a decade in intellectual property, with a primary focus on trademark prosecution and portfolio management in Uzbekistan and across the CIS region. She advises clients on all aspects of trademark law, including filing and examination, overcoming office actions, and securing registrations. Kamilla has represented clients before the Uzbek Intellectual Property Office, the Board of Appeals under the Ministry of Justice in invalidation and cancellation proceedings, and the Antimonopoly Committee in unfair competition cases.
At Settle, Kamilla leads the Trademark Department, managing complex portfolios and ensuring clients receive strategic, effective, and timely solutions in trademark protection.

Dinara began her career at the Fund for the Development of Culture and Art under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She then moved to the international company BAT, where she worked in the marketing and HR departments. Following this, Dinara transitioned to the international pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Since January 2024, she has been part of SETTLE Law Firm.
Dinara’s responsibilities include the technical support of projects related to trademark registration, as well as client interaction to enhance work quality and ensure a high level of service. Within the team, Dinara actively supports organizational aspects and participates in the administration of various projects.
Dinara believes that responsiveness and a continuous desire to learn and grow are key qualities of a successful manager. She is interested in football and dancing and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
